Held roles as Sales Manager, General Manager & Group Finance manager. Jason’s background and experience has been focussed on leading motor dealerships as well as training finance staff in within dealerships. Transitioned to Finance brokerage in 2017. Focussing on all aspects of funding, as well as building out a vehicle brokerage business.

Experienced retail leader with over 20 years of enhancing customer experiences and building lasting client relationships. Known for identifying better ways to serve and add value, always through the lens of the customer. Operating as a Manager of a large retail corporation, I was able to interpret complex accounting reports and key metrics. This experience of analysis and interpretation has carried forward into Asset Finance whereby understanding client’s complex financials are better understood and interpreted assisting in achieving an ideal outcome for our valued clients.

CHAD MASRI

Chad brings over 20 years of experience with a career starting in Retail and Investment Banking, pivoting into Asset Finance. Chad holds a Master’s of Applied Finance and Investment and is able to apply his tertiary education working with complex structures including, but not limited to Companies and Trusts. He has led a team of Finance Managers in the Automotive Industry specialising in brands including Audi, Jaguar and Land Rover where the standards of customer service are at their peak. Chad prides himself on offering warm, friendly and professional service and working within the LGBTQ+ community.

Mick has been in the motor industry for 22 years. Most recent role as a Sales Manager within one of largest motor dealerships in Australia. Leading an amazing team. Jhoy plays a central role in the day-to-day operations of eCarz. She works closely with brokers and teams across eCarz to keep workflows, processes and customer enquiries running smoothly, while assisting with applications, settlements and day-to-day operational tasks. Jhoy also supports internal systems and projects, helping keep the wider team organised, connected and on track.

Katie plays a key role in supporting our brokers and keeping the day-to-day operations of eCarz running smoothly. She assists with applications and settlements, manages paperwork and documentation, and coordinates retention calls and payment processing to ensure everything stays on track.

Broker Support
Julian brings several years of customer service experience to the eCarz team. He plays a key role in managing customers and supporting our broker, handling both inbound and outbound calls and ensure customers receive a smooth and timely experience from their initial enquiry through to the next steps.

Jahna oversees reconciling, invoicing, and compliance for eCarz, ensuring our financial records, payments, and reporting stay accurate and up to date.
